MTV Sex Programmer Moves to NBC

Under its former executive vice-president David Janollari, MTV moved into ever-more sexually explicit programming – programming the producer apparently thought was perfect for teens. And now, Janollari will be bringing the same sensibility to the NBC broadcast network. MORE

FCC Knuckles Under to Entertainment Industry – AGAIN!

Last month, the FCC asked for public comments on its new policy of taking action only against “egregious” violations of broadcast decency law. The deadline was May 20th.
